Painted in about 55 hours (7 days of work) in Photoshop CS4.(around 6500x10000px at 300dpi). Background is some kind of blurry matte painting.

I got fed up with this painting while doing it and I don't like the result as much as my other works but, oh well.. :/

She's supposed to be a night creature but one day she decides to wait until the first sun-rays. She's kind of touching the first rays while looking curious and fearful at the same time.
